1. Use of the Service

Cardboard Den provides a platform for users to view trading card data, reference card prices, and facilitate buying and selling between users.

2. Price Information

• Prices are updated once daily at 00:00 (UTC) to reflect current market values.
• Prices may not be 100% accurate. This is a best-effort service with no guarantees.
• Prices are based on the "industry standard" Market Price of TCGPlayer and converted to ZAR using the latest exchange rate during the daily update.
• Future updates may incorporate pricing from additional sources and card variants.

3. Copyright and Trademarks

All product names, logos, and images referenced on this site are the property of their respective publishers, manufacturers, and rights holders. Cardboard Den does not claim ownership of these intellectual properties and uses them only for informational purposes.

4. User Accounts

Users may create an account to list cards for sale or purchase cards listed by others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from use of the Service, including but not limited to pricing inaccuracies, failed transactions, or data errors.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
